Shipping & returns Rollmann ceramics is the ceramics studio of Elisabeth Rollmann in the centre of Haarlem, the Netherlands. I do not have a “real” shop, but you are always welcome to visit my studio. It would be nice if you could let me know in advance as I might not be there.

how to pay: All transactions are in Euro. I accept online payment in a secure environment with: Ideal, creditcard, Bancontact and Sofort banking. In my studio you can pay with cash.

shipping: All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days,  after placing you order, unless stated otherwise.  Your order will be carefully packed, whereby I sometimes use recycled packing materials, to save on costs and the environment. Pick up of your goods is always a possibility, please contact me at hello@rollmannceramics.com to make an appointment. If you live in the centre of Haarlem or in Overveen I can also hand deliver your order.

shipping costs: the Netherlands: 8 € Europe: 12 € U.S.A. : 25 € rest of the world: please contact me.

shipping of tables: the Netherlands: 50 € outside the Netherlands: please contact me Custom or import duties: if your delivery country charges customs or import duties you will have to pay these charges. We have no control over the charges and customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have questions regarding this you can contact your local customs office for information.

returns If you are not content with your purchase then you can send it back within 14 days of receipt. Please use the original packaging with all enclosed documents. The packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. please note: each object is handmade, resulting in variaties in colour and finish.  

care: My ceramics are food safe unless otherwise stated. They can go in the dishwasher but I advise to wash them by hand.
